- Every home is different, so the time that the Shutter Specialist will take in your home will vary. In order to properly design, measure, and provide your FREE design consultation and estimate, it will typically require approximately 30-45 minutes.

- Just sit back and relax. Your Shutter Specialist will confirm a delivery and installation date with our Customer Service Department right there while in your home. We take all the guesswork out of the process. You can even track the progress of your shutter order using access to our online Customer Tracking System that your design consultant will introduce you to. Your shutters will then be delivered and installed - exactly at the time and date agreed to in your home - in as little as 3 weeks or less.
